- TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS (1)
We work closely with stakeholders to conduct a thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) that serves as a diagnostic tool, identifying critical skills shortages and gaps. The TNA avoids the allocation of resources to potentially ineffective learning and training programs.
- TRAINING AGENDA & CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT (4)
Once the training needs are identified, a Training Agenda is crafted, the Training Objectives are determined and the Curriculum is created - all in consultation with the client

Our Training Consultants are certified trainer or trainers & practicing specialists, allowing for the infusion of standard industry knowledge, practical skills transfer and a solution focused experience.
